Studio 222
222 8th Street (706) 825-4547

Studio 222 is operated by Jack M. Ginsburg. The studio was formerly shared with Fahnoe Fine Arts. Since  Will Fahnoe’s  untimely death I have been working by myself. I paint primarily in oil and am quite involved in printmaking, both relief and intaglio. My approach is essentially representational with an emphasis on figurative and landscape studies. Two subjects which command my attention are the mountains of Alaska which I visit yearly and representations of Jewish subject matter. The studio offers instruction and provides a figure drawing class which meets from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM on Thursday evenings. Although hours are irregular  visitors are welcome and appointments can be made by calling (706) 825-4547.
